Monotree helped create a community across our restaurants. It's great to collaborate with Monotree; it's dynamic, and we brainstorm about features, possibilities, and the industry as a whole. I really like the mix of operational features with communication - that it becomes a social network.

We chose Monotree because it can gather all our material and employees in one place. We have a lot of young employees, and it's great that the look reflects what they also see on social media every day.

After we had agreed to partner with Monotree, it became an element of how are we going to move this forward now from contract sign to being something in our team members' hands. And that was a really smooth process, probably the easiest implementation I have done in years because it was all hands-on.

Monotree stood out to us as a hospitality-led platform, which was easy to use, that people could engage with, that they could have full control about what they speak about and who to.

Everything is consolidated, but I have an extra love for eliminating everything in PDF format. Old documents lying around in some folder, it's absolutely fantastic to be able to gather everything and know that it's live and that you can get an update in a second, that's the best.

The transition to Monotree for us has been very easy. We have merged two different platforms into one.

I would introduce Monotree as the main body of Roseacre. It's almost the heart and soul where everything can be found in one place.

As soon as we saw the Monotree platform, it just felt like second nature. So quite an intuitive chat feature similar to WhatsApp, a news feed similar to Facebook, to have a single platform where we can do onboarding, day-to-day communication, news broadcasts, that was critical for us.

The app is not just something that is driven by us or by the head office. It is actually something that is driven by all employees in Creative Space.

It also means a lot to us to bring the culture into our app so we can bring it to new departments and help it grow bigger and bigger.

What might have been a challenge in the past was the fact that you always need to have someone's phone number in order to get in touch with them directly. Here it's great that there's a chat function, so you can tie it all to work. And when you're not at work, you can just put it down.

That's the simplicity of it, and it's all in one place. That's also why I think it works well for us, and I also think it is why people use it a lot. Because it's pretty straightforward, both to find the information you need, but also to use it for communication.
