One place for managers to follow their team — progress, completions and outstanding tasks across all your content, gathered in a single overview in the Monotree app.

AI-Only Handbooks

Mark a handbook as AI-only knowledge and it will sharpen the chatbot's answers without appearing as a reference card for employees — ideal for background material meant for the AI rather than for reading.

Bulk Mentions in Comments

Use @All, @Seen and @NotSeen when commenting on posts and announcements to notify exactly the right group of people in one go.

Nudge Event No-Shows

A new @NotSeen mention on company events lets you reach everyone who has not opened the event yet — a gentle reminder for the people who still need it.

All Events in Chatbot Answers

The chatbot now draws on every company and custom event regardless of date, so it can answer questions about past events just as well as upcoming ones.

Extended Open API

The Open API now covers even more of Monotree — manage handbooks, courses and articles, forms and their responses, staff cards, and calendar event types, all programmatically. We have also completely rebuilt the developer documentation, now live at docs.monotree.com.

See all of your todo lists in a calendar view, with filtering by group and assignee for a clear picture of what is due and who is responsible.

Form Response PDF Export

Export individual form responses as PDFs for easy sharing, printing and record-keeping.

Audio Message Playback Speed

Play audio chat messages back at 1x, 1.5x, or 2x speed, so you can get through voice messages at your own pace.

Lock Audio Recording
