As soon as we saw the Monotree platform, it just felt like second nature. So quite an intuitive chat feature similar to WhatsApp, a news feed similar to Facebook, to have a single platform where we can do onboarding, day-to-day communication, news broadcasts, that was critical for us.

Monotree has made our onboarding program a lot better. Especially because our employees usually are quite young, they thrive in learning through videos and technology. In the end it helps us to operate our stores better with checklists for daily routines and internal communication.

We launched our app in the autumn of 2021 and I honestly cannot understand how we could run our business beforehand. With the app, communication has not only become easier, but it has also been strengthened both within individual hotels and across the company.

At GoBoat we have used Monotree since March 2021 with great success. Over time it has become our 'go-to' tool for internal communication among all our employees working at our boat rental stations around the world. We also use it for on-boarding, check lists, employee satisfaction and as an internal knowledge center, where learnings are documented, shared and applied. We really enjoy the great user experience and versatility the app offers.

We use Monotree as our primary platform for internal communication. Here we share, among other things, news, events and handbooks with all the information our baristas need. The app is also used to train our baristas during their onboarding period. We are very happy with our collaboration with Monotree and always find them to be very helpful and service-minded.

We use Monotree for three key aspects: internal communication, onboarding/training, and our internal social network. We aim to keep weekly content to ensure everyone stays connected and informed, relying mainly on news, courses, private and group chats, and bulletin boards. It helps us tremendously with operations, especially in keeping the entire team updated on operational changes, promotions, and updates, while also facilitating internal communication between teams. Monotree also aligns perfectly with our business strategy, which focuses on people. For us, communication and transparency are essential, as is keeping the entire team connected, regardless of how much we grow or how many cities we're in, preserving that family-like feeling. Monotree enables smooth communication across all teams, ensuring they stay informed and continue to build connections and experiences together.

Honestly, life before Monotree was pretty cumbersome, because we kept getting more and more WhatsApp groups. Our team was quite unhappy, because it felt like there was never any switching off from work. Yes, having La Cachapera's own app completely changes the employee experience. It brings the team together much more and creates a culture.

At La Martinuca we use Monotree to manage our teams across our locations, and there are two areas where the impact has been especially visible: onboarding and internal communication. Before, bringing on a new person involved a lot of manual coordination, scattered information, and an arrival experience that didn't always live up to what we wanted to convey. With Monotree we've made the process more organized, clearer, and more human. The new employee arrives with everything they need from day one, and that makes all the difference. When it comes to internal communication, the change has also been remarkable. Having a centralized channel where the team receives relevant information, news, and updates has reduced the noise and improved the sense of belonging. In a company with a presence in several cities and more than 100 people, that's no small detail. It's a tool that genuinely makes teams' work easier and improves people's experience.
