How much does Monotree cost?
Monotree costs €5.30 per user per month, with a minimum monthly fee of €420 and a one-time onboarding fee of €4,600. Everything is included: chat, news, courses, forms, surveys and AI. Small teams pay the minimum. It covers your first 80 users, so a restaurant with 25 employees pays €420 a month and gets everything a large group gets.

What is included in the price?
Everything: chat, news feeds, voice and video calls, onboarding journeys, courses and quizzes, surveys and eNPS, to-do lists, forms, handbooks, the whistleblower channel, AI, the Open API and webhooks, and live-chat support. There are no modules or add-ons.

Is there a minimum fee?
Yes. The minimum is €420 a month, and it covers your first 80 users. With more than 80 users, you pay €5.30 per user per month.

What does the onboarding fee cover?
The one-time fee of €4,600 gets you fully live: your own branded app, your integrations, personal onboarding and workshops for your managers.

How long is the contract?
The commitment period is 12 months.

No. One price covers the whole platform and every feature we build next.
