Heart Hotels is a Danish company with holiday hotels in the Austrian Alps. It is run from an office on Vesterbrogade in Copenhagen, and its hotels are in the ski resorts of St. Anton, Ischgl, Mayrhofen, Obertauern and Wagrain, in Tyrol and Salzburgerland. Three of them, Arlberg, Grischuna and Nordstern, also open in summer, and since 2025 there has been a hotel in Greece as well, Heart Hotel Caesars in Sivota.
The hotels joined over several years. Sylvia in Ischgl and Widmoos in Wagrain have been part of it since 2016, and Talhof Nigg in St. Anton since 2019. Nordstern and Himmelberg came in 2022, Grischuna and Aurora in 2023 and Arlberg in 2024, and the company now counts ten hotels in all. Since 2020 it has belonged to Travelheart Family, a Danish-owned group of 16 travel companies that also includes Bravo Tours, Primo Tours and Danski.
Heart Hotels is not selling luxury but looking after people: a guest should be treated the way you would treat someone staying in your own home. The staff are an international team, and job ads for the hotels talk about working alongside Danish and Swedish colleagues. Most of the people in the hotels are employed for the season.

It has changed onboarding too. Most of the staff are hired for the season, so there is a new round of onboarding each time a season starts, and Mørch says that has become much simpler with the app. New employees are properly informed from their first day, and the app helps them feel part of Heart Hotels.
