Your organization is responsible for moderating its own content and community. Objectionable content may be removed by company administrators or system moderators, and users may be restricted or banned without prior notice.

If you see content that violates these rules, please use the in-app reporting tools or contact your organization’s admin.

Monotree collects only the personal data required to operate core features such as chats, surveys, onboarding, and feedback tools within your organization’s app.

Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. All data processing is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Monotree is ISAE 3000 certified by BDO Denmark, ensuring compliance with international standards for privacy and data integrity.

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.
