What syncs from TitanPlan to Monotree

TitanPlan and Monotree integration

In TitanPlan, departments hold groups, and groups can hold sub-groups. Monotree reads all three levels every 15 minutes, together with the active employees in them: name, including any middle name, email and phone number. Every shift assigned to one of those employees comes over as well, carrying its own department and group.

TitanPlan remains where shifts are planned and hours are tracked. Monotree links its departments to Department groups and its groups and sub-groups to Professions, and a person with groups in several departments joins each of them, or only the primary one if you prefer. Assigned shifts fill each person's calendar, with a shift chat for whoever works alongside them.

Questions about the TitanPlan integration

  1. Can we use TitanPlan sub-groups?

    Yes. Both the groups in each department and the sub-groups under them can be linked to Professions in Monotree.

  2. Someone has groups in two departments. Where do they end up?

    In both, by default. If you prefer, they join only their primary department. We set this per TitanPlan account when we connect it.

  3. Do unassigned TitanPlan shifts come over?

    No. Every shift assigned to an employee comes over, from 14 days back to 30 days ahead, with its department and group. Shifts nobody is assigned to stay in TitanPlan.

  4. Are middle names and phone numbers synced?

    Yes. Names keep any middle name, and the phone number comes over with the email, departments and groups. An employee needs an email in TitanPlan to be synced. Time registrations and pay stay where they are.

  5. Who counts as a leaver in TitanPlan?

    Anyone who is no longer active. They lose access at the next sync, or when the grace period you set in Monotree has run out.

  6. Does the TitanPlan integration cost extra?

    No. It is included in every Monotree plan.

  7. Can we add people who are not in TitanPlan?

    Yes. Add people like head office staff in Monotree directly. The sync only changes the employees it brought in.
