What syncs from Harri to Monotree

Harri and Monotree integration

Every 15 minutes, Monotree reads the active employees in your Harri account, with the locations they work at and the positions they hold. Each person arrives with name, email, phone or home phone, and hire date. For staff who cover several locations, you can choose to use only their primary location and primary position. Schedules are not synced.

Hiring and people management carry on in Harri, and Monotree only reads from it. Locations fill Departments and positions such as Server or Host fill Professions, so a message for one location or one role reaches just those people. Each new hire's onboarding journey starts from their hire date, and anyone no longer active loses access at the next sync, or once your grace period ends.

Questions about the Harri integration

  1. Does Monotree show Harri schedules?

    No. Employees, locations and positions are synced. Schedules stay where they are, so Monotree does not show shifts in the calendar or the Manager Hub.

  2. Can we use only each person's primary location?

    Yes. Monotree can read only the primary location and primary position of each employee, so people who cover other locations sit in one Department. It is a setting we turn on when we connect Harri.

  3. Which parts of a Harri profile come over?

    Name, email, phone, or home phone if there is no other, hire date, active locations and positions. Employees need an email in Harri before they can join.

  4. Do inactive Harri employees keep the app?

    No. They drop out of the list Monotree reads, and their account is removed at the next sync. If an admin has set an access grace period in Monotree, they keep access for that many hours first.

  5. What if Harri does not answer during a sync?

    The sync stops and tries again 15 minutes later. It never works from a partial list, so nobody loses access because one request failed.

  6. Does the Harri integration cost extra?

    No. It is included in every Monotree plan.

  7. Can we add people who are not in Harri?

    Yes. Add people like head office staff in Monotree directly. The sync only changes the employees it brought in.
